We were wide open to many potential threats. If our server were to go down, none of us would know what to do. Sagiss set things up so that they can access our computers and servers remotely, and made modifications to our network to make it run more smoothly and efficiently. The Sagiss team left instructions and notes for each employee and walked around and stayed very visible. They scheduled meetings throughout the day and provided a list of contact numbers where we could reach them if we needed. It was so much easier than I ever expected.
I feel like they are right here with us. They are so much more connected and interactive with us than I could have ever imagined. For being an outsourced IT company, I don’t feel the ‘out’ in our relationship. They are just a phone call or e-mail away and really just part of our team.

Sagiss runs a pretty good ship. In this day and age, everything revolves around computers. If a server goes down, everything comes to a screeching halt. Our computers can’t be down. They just can’t be. There’s a very small margin for error, and Sagiss has been within that margin without a problem. They’re doing things right.

When we are offline, we cannot answer our mission-critical 24-hour hotline. Our services rely on dependable IT support because of the nature of what we do. Our Sagiss account manager, Brandi, understands the importance. She always has Genesis in her best intentions, and she is a big advocate for what we do.
Sagiss is a good fit for us, and I think we will have a long-term relationship with them. They have ideas for ways to improve our systems, and I appreciate their proactiveness in regard to what we can fix and make better. I’m looking forward to seeing more synergies and ways to cut costs, which we haven’t been able to do in the past because we haven’t had this level of IT expertise.

We wanted the expertise of a company that had multiple resources we could tap. Sagiss was very professional and knowledgeable of the IT arena and what we wanted to accomplish. Sagiss is great at relationship management. They’ll find out what your needs are first, and then provide the solutions to accomplish those needs. It’s very customized and personal for my business. They have always been willing to do whatever needs to be done. And, they have been very willing to work with me on any challenge I’ve had from a budgetary or other standpoint.

With our past IT provider, we didn’t know which computer did what or what server housed certain information, so you really were at their mercy. They weren’t willing to share those details with us. With Sagiss, I can get into the system and actually see what progress has been made on any given ticket as well as the overall monitoring and updates that have occurred. As far as tracking, I’m very impressed.
