“UPTIME SUCKS...Takes forever to open PDFs...it often lags...when you reach to them, they say you need to buy more memory (ie, increase your monthly spend on UPTIME... you buy more and it does not solve the problem...you complain and they say you need to buy even more capacity...if you do, it still does not solve the problem...it's a terribly ineffective and inefficient solution for a busy law practice.”

“This cloud service is probably OK for firms that just do some light word processing (although it often takes 30 to 40 seconds to start Microsoft Word), but it is woefully insufficient for firms that use computers heavily.”

Be careful, If you leave they will hold key portions of your data and basically use extortion tactics to release it charging you thousands of dollars while threatening to destroy the data. It is all about the money to them. They lost an entire database when we uploaded with them using their means, so when we left we decided to extract our files ourselves, but they did not inform us that they had put a key file on a different server seperate from the rest of our data. Don't trust them.”

The service is slow, sporadic and extremely frustrating to endure. And when we contacted them for help, we were told to adapt around the company's deficiencies. They do not follow through and take your firm's money and time with false promises which are followed with instructions to figure it our yourself.”
