Through Acora we found a partner who could not only design and build our cloud platform in Azure, but also provide ongoing support of our environment. We now have a fully scalable, modern IT platform which enables us to focus on achieving further international expansion.
This joint partnership ensures we are delivering what what we need to do as a business. Acora are the technical experts supporting us. Being able to talk to them about our requirements means we can react more swiftly than relying solely on in-house resource. This ensures we continue to deliver high levels of customer service.
Our business reached the point where we recognised the need for a new enterprise IT system - one that offered the increased functionality and scalability that our continuing growth demanded. We consulted our advisors and, on their recommendations, looked at a number of different products before deciding on Navision. Acora was recommended to us as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Navision, with particular experience in the manufacturing sector. It has been a refreshing experience to work with an IT supplier with such good manufacturing expertise and an approach to partnership similar to our own.
Microsoft Dynamics is here to stay. The use of one integrated ERP system and database throughout our business has improved efficiency, reduced costs and provides a platform for our business to grow. Acora continues to play a vital role advising us on continuing improvements to our processes and supporting our team on a day to day basis.
Acora’s expertise and experience has been pivotal in helping us to deliver the biggest programme of IT change we have ever undertaken. They provided us with a clear vision of the future and a delivery roadmap that all the business stakeholders could understand and buy in to. Technology is now viewed by the business as one of our major assets.

Designing and managing such a large scale consolidation should have been extremely daunting, but with Acora’s assistance the project was smoothly managed. The company met every deadline we gave them, and kept within our budget. The results are even more impressive - the business efficiency improvements we have experienced have changed our company, and made remote working accessible for everyone.
Acora puts a massive amount of work into its relationship with us. I am impressed with the manufacturing knowledge of the team particularly of our Account Manager. When we are considering changes within our business, we always ask Acora’s advice first in terms of how best Dynamics NAV can accommodate the change. I have also been impressed with the service from their support desk which is more extensive than many Dynamics NAV partners.
We have known Acora a long time and they have proven to be a very good partner for us. I am very happy with them as a team as they understand our business and know where we are going. We talk to them regularly about changes to our business and how they can support us.
Every day I get a set of status reports on all of the back-ups that are due to replicate off to Acora and I get that without fail. If there are issues with things taking longer than they should do, cases are raised automatically and the issues are dealt with quickly.
Acora’s accreditations and high service and security standards mean I can absolutely rely on them to help look after the most fundamental part of our business – our data. As we continue to grow our business, the value add we will get from Acora is being able to tap in to their knowledge and expertise for advice and validation on IT strategy and initiatives going forward.
