Really happy with the Microsoft Teams Meeting System in our Dublin office. It’s made those hybrid meetings where we have a number of internal representatives meeting with various externals at different locations a dream. The picture and sound is really clear and the sharing function is really easy to use. The team at Wessex IT was great at troubleshooting any small teething problems we had from the start. In fact, it suits us so well that we are now looking at implementing the same system at different sites.

I just wanted to ping over a quick e mail. I popped into your office yesterday to drop off some laptops which need shredding. A couple of things to mention, Phil has been brilliant and phenomenally patient with me closing off the ticket. But also when I got to the office yesterday everyone was so friendly and lovely and welcoming.

After so many years of phaffing about we have finally been able to move away from our email nightmare and install modern technology into each of our home offices.

Having the Service Desk provide day-to-day IT support to our team has made a real difference to me. I’m free to concentrate on my other responsibilities and when I do take the occasional day off I can do it without worrying!
