Zed One are extremely professional. Their staff are very friendly and are obviously very experienced with the technology they install and support. Importantly, they don’t talk down to you in technical babble, but explain things in business terms.
What we find most impressive about Zed One, is they always get things done. We don’t want to be IT experts we just need to know our IT systems are going to work. If there is a problem Zed One sort it out.
I am very happy with the way Zed One has dealt with all of our IT issues. They look after all of our IT suppor with their pay-as-you-go Zed Blocks, I am confident that they will be able to support our evolving IT requirements for many years to come.
We looked at a number of companies, before finally deciding upon Zed One. We initially gave them a 3 month trial and after they impressed us during this period we switched all of our IT requirements to them.
Since the implementation of the new solution in 2008 Zed One has supported our systems on a daily basis, Zed One’s very approachable staff identify issues before they become real problems.
