When I took my current position three years ago I was given the responsibility of maintaining a relationship with a service provider for my company’s computer network. I didn’t think twice about whom I wanted working on our network and immediately Artech Solutions. As with most businesses when we have a computer related problem that could affect productivity we need a prompt fix. Time is money. I always get a quick response and solution to the problem. Their knowledge of computers and networking is amazing.
These guys are great! They get it done on time and on budget, time and time again. Their service is outstanding, literally 24/7. We really appreciate the way they dumb it down for us. I cannot recommend them more highly, and have to many of our clients.
We are very pleased with the service Artech Solutions provides for us. They are always there to help with even the smallest of IT problems, no matter what time of day.
