Conosco are a real breath of fresh air for IT support. Having worked in a large corporate where IT support was only ever doing the minimum required to make you go away, Conosco's approach is completely different. The service is quick and the support team are extremely knowledgeable and above all polite and helpful. Cases are followed up and always taken to the point of resolution. We have had major IT work done such as a main server replacement and the roll out of Egnyte and it has been virtually flawless.
