The employees at Net2Net IT Solutions Inc have always been quick and efficient at diagnosing and fixing any IT problems we’ve encountered and have worked overtime on several occasions to get us back online, barely missing a beat with our own work. Although much of the interaction is through remote connection, they still take the time to get to know us and build a warm rapport which highlights their attention to customer service.
We use Net2Net for our server hosting needs and I have to say they have a rare combination of technical knowledge and customer facing skills. They are incredibly responsive and know how to listen to customers needs. Rates are very competitive while still providing high end results. We highly recommend Net2Net.
