Genieall is an excellent IT managed services company I am dealing with past 10 years. They are my only choice when I have projects. I started with them when I had only one small medium business sever for the entire firm. They helped me with placing 8 different servers across Canada, split the data and the exchange and made the transition very smooth. I also hired them to configure the DFS services to replicate data on byte level across all our offices in Canad. The support they provided me after the initial configuration is priceless. Nils Madi, Yatan Prakash and their team are always available for support.
I recently hired them for the Exchange 2019 upgrade, Multi factor authentication and USB drive encryption.
All the projects were done before the deadline and the transition was seamless. The support after configuration was excellent.
