Since hiring MON Technology, we have far fewer computer problems within our network. They built and installed our server network and we are really happy with the level of service we receive from all of the MON staff. I know that I can call them whenever I need them, and they will respond promptly to sort out any problem. I have found that MON technicians have a more acute understanding of IT issues which means they are very reliable.
Our company is situated in a very remote location in the north of the state and we found it difficult to find an IT company with the capability to provide us with reliable IT. MON was recommended to us when we were having a lot of trouble and frustration with our previous computer company. They designed, built and support our new computer network, which includes eighteen laptops, exchange server and terminal server.
Now that we have switched over to MON’s Guardian service, one of the biggest benefits has been taking the computer headache away from our manager. Our manager used to spend many hours a week looking after our computer network. She is much less stressed. The Guardian service is like having our own IT team in the room next door. None of our staff waste time fixing computer problems. Now we have a competent, reliable IT service and issues are resolved within an extremely short time frame. This is a huge saving in time and expenses.I’m extremely happy with my MON Guardian Support Plan. No longer do we waste our valuable billable time trying to fix our own computer problems (that end up consuming us and annoying the heck out of us). We now just go straight to our MON team by raising a ticket online and all issues are resolved quickly.
The reality is all our technology issues are far more easily fixed by the experts who are in the space all day every day, and for a lesser cost. We love the fact that the MON Technology team respond in such a way they feel like they are a department within our business.
