IMCD has always placed high expectations on service providers, but in turn we consider our providers partners in delivering our business solutions. Interactive has given us excellent system reliability and the flexibility to up-scale solutions and meet our growing needs.
Interactive is incredibly efficient and the support team is really fabulous. We’re a small organisation, but Interactive is always professional and friendly; they make us feel like we are as important as any of their major players.
We were impressed with how Interactive understood our business, and they immediately came to us with a better service level agreement than our previous maintenance provider. We went from a 24 hour turnaround time, to two hours, and at half the cost!
What made it easy to work with Interactive is that they were quick to understand our business. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Interactive got involved in helping me support my IT strategy. They were able to provide a really supportive and flexible approach in building a service level agreement to suit exactly what I needed.
Interactive has responded to our business needs - it is small and local enough to care about our business and provide an outstanding personal service. But it also has the years of industry experience and the high calibre of staff to respond to the demands of our business.
Our business relies on core IT systems to operate, and we needed a partner like Interactive that we trust and can rely on. Even when we have called the engineers out at 2am to replace a failed disk controller, they still had the server back up and running within two hours.
The cloud-based solution Interactive designed for us precisely meets our needs and is an extremely cost effective way to go for our size of organisation.
It’s reassuring to know if there’s a problem, we have just one number to call and are guaranteed an engineer will respond within ten minutes. What’s more, we are provided with a dedicated engineer who knows our site and is familiar with our set-up and business environment.
Interactive is reliable to the point that I don’t have to talk with them. They were able to pick up our business quickly and we can relax knowing we have professionals providing our infrastructure. It is a weight off my mind and my people’s workloads.
Interactive offered the best facilities we’d seen by far; it’s a relief to know they are well-equipped to support our business and relocate our IT team in an emergency.
The flexibility we are given with Interactive to tailor an agreement to the way our organisation works is what has ensured such a long and successful supplier relationship. That, combined with the superior customer service and top-class facilities they offer.
