Updated review: I must formally withdraw and reverse my negative review of Converged Communication System.
I just had a quick conversation with Kevin Rubin, president of the company. I am really appreciated for his effort to personally reaching out to me and resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
As a small business owner myself, I have empathy for other companies. We are not always perfect. We make mistakes just like everyone else. Things happened. But what makes successful companies vs those are not, is the good ones, when make mistake or when they are not perfect, they recognize and quickly rectify the issues. Good companies put their customers' interest above their own. Without happy customers, we don't have a business. We sometimes forget business is not always about the money, it is about the relationship. Through this experience, it is a lesson for myself and my company as well.
For that, I give my much respect to Kevin Rubin and his company. Wishing him the best of luck.

Before we connected with Converged Communication Systems, we had an aging phone system that wasn't enough to support our growing business. We began searching for a solution that could expand with our company and help our call center agents provide high-quality customer support from our Chicago headquarters, as well as our office in China. CCS helped us gain all of the communication capabilities we needed by installing Avaya IP Office Compact Contact Center. They also kept us up-to-date by later upgrading our call center to IP Office Customer Call Reporter. We're very pleased with the CCS implementation and support staff members who have helped us put these solutions in action and maintain them. Before we started working with Converged Communication Systems, we had different telephone systems in each of our five locations with 250 employees across the country. We wanted to consolidate to a central and uniform solution that would be easy to scale and add new locations, as Mendota has been rapidly growing. CCS consulted with us and offered high-quality solutions for a new PBX and contact center. Their team of experts helped us perform the multi-site PBX migration and contact center migration. Additionally, they helped design and migrate our network to MPLS. CCS has provided us with fantastic service concerning the migration and on-going support. Their team of professionals is always available to provide on-site assistance when we need it. Thanks to their help, we have more reliable solutions in place, and we can devote more of our resources to strategic initiatives instead of the day-to-day minutia of telecom management. With CCS supporting us, we have what it takes to deliver the best possible service to our customers and achieve our goals as an insurance provider.
