I was experiencing an issue with loading PDFs and installing software onto my PC and the IT Support Engineer at Wavex helped resolve the issue. I was impressed with the speed at which the issue was responded to and fixed and would recommend the service to my colleagues.
Wavex has been assisting BIBA with its IT support for a number of years and when issues have been reported, these have been dealt with in a swift, efficient and effective manner. I’ve personally got to know one particular support engineer whose ‘can do’ attitude and cheerfulness never falters, and is always much appreciated.
The first week of reopening our offices following the easement of COVID restrictions was extremely busy and many staff required IT assistance. As a result, our Wavex engineer was exceptionally busy. Despite this, he still managed to attend to my urgent issue immediately. He was very polite, proficient and only too happy to help and not only resolve the matter I initially raised with him, but he also carried out a number of other tweaks and updates to ensure that my laptop was operating perfectly.
Wavex solved the issue in a matter of minutes, adding a VPN to a colleague's machine, allowing them to work from home when isolating.

Rather than report an issue on my computer I decided to phone and report. I was surprised the engineer listened to my problem and decided to investigate straight away.
He gained access to my computer, checked certain parameters and explained to me what my issue was.
It is not often we get this quality of service anywhere these days and I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation because it allowed me to continue with my work.

Having just started in my job role this week I came across a couple of IT related issues this morning. I contacted Wavex Online Support and they acted swiftly and resolved both of my issues within minutes. The Support Engineer was very helpful and polite and I am reassured that if I come across any issues in the future, they will be rectified promptly.
My BIBA access disappeared and the IT Support engineer at Wavex fixed it within minutes, he was just very helpful and told me that he added a fixed to it so it doesn’t happen again.
So I was very happy with the outcome.
We appointed Wavex as our IT Supplier in 2015 as part of a drive to substantially reduce our back office costs. They handled a challenging handover from our previous provider with ease and since then our IT capabilities and flexability has gone from strength to strength. We have become a different organisation in the last 5 years thanks in no small part to their advice, support and knowledge. We were delighted to award them a second contract term. Wavex has provided our IT support since 2012. As well as supporting the day to day operation effectively, where I find them particularly good is when we have projects, such as our recent merger onto a single tenant of all our global offices and supporting our recent rebranding. In this they have been very organised, worked closely with us to meet deadlines, and proved themselves very flexible in terms of adapting to local demands. I always find they work well with our team.
Our decision to switch IT service provider was not a prospect we relished but Wavex made the transition seem effortless. We subsequently completed a major IT migration of hardware and software and the project team kept us informed and updated throughout. The Apex reporting system is simple and the service desk team professional and efficient.
We partnered with Wavex to modernise our IT infrastructure in early 2020. The project was well-planned, executed admirably and stayed on course despite the lockdown. Wavex are a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended!
