We can attest to the exceptional service from Nexus, their knowledge of Office 365 is outstanding and they implemented the new IT solutions with great expertise and efficiency at competitive prices.
Nexus was meticulous in the transferring of information to ensure all our data was protected and the new server and mailbox are more robust and responsive, which has enhanced our business operations. Their training is excellent and it is reassuring to know that IT support is just a call away, giving me peace-of-mind that our IT systems are in capable hands.We have been working with Nexus Open Systems for the past eight years and their technical expertise and consultancy-led approach remains second-to-none. Their engineers are highly experienced and always take care to assess our business needs and advise accordingly on the right solution for us. The upgrade from Lync 2013 to Skype for Business 2015 is one example of this; the pathway recommendation was made based on our unique communication requirements and to guarantee maximum stability.
Thanks to the innovative communication and collaboration features in Skype for Business our staff can better communicate in real-time and respond efficiently to customers. For instance, we have just set up our first meeting room using the video collaboration tool and we’re excited to utilise this going forward. Nexus is an exceptional team and we would not change IT providers.I honestly cannot recommend Nexus Open Systems enough following this project. We knew from the beginning that the sorting and migration of data along with the leap from SharePoint 2007 to 2016 was going to present a huge challenge but Nexus completed the work seamlessly, on time, on budget and with minimum disruption to users.
We were extremely impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the Nexus team in regard to SharePoint but also the sheer depth and breadth of their general IT knowledge. The team provided excellent training and their aftercare is second-to-none, with experts always available to log into the network for remote support and to offer advice over the phone if needed. Our users have benefited more than we could have imagined and we are delighted with the results.We are delighted with the Managed Services from Nexus Open Systems which has become a valuable support for our IT infrastructure. We were impressed by the team’s wealth of expertise but also their adaptability and proactive approach; they worked efficiently through each project in the background with no disruption to our core operations. Working with Nexus has enabled confidence in our use of SharePoint and in particular SharePoint 2013 with its new features, which in turn bring quantifiable benefits to the business. Petroc are able to realise a comprehensive collaborative toolset using SharePoint 2013, assisted by Nexus in consultancy, architecting, enabling and delivering new SharePoint 2013 services. The relationship between Petroc and Nexus is beneficial and productive in moving towards achieving some important strategic goals.I cannot tell you how easy Nexus have made my job in organising the various training courses for the 300 IT staff within the Technology & Information Programme within the Met Office. Nexus have provided excellent off-site training facilities, trainers, and have the ability to accommodate the various personal disabilities and dietary requirements that some of our staff have. I receive communications when required - regular updates on course statuses and non-attendance - but Nexus are not like other training providers who tend to hound me for business. They are a pleasure to work with.
