In early 2023, we were recommended IT Champion as the team to help us move to the cloud from our ageing physical servers. Throughout the process, IT Champion have been professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and understanding of our objectives and goals.

Our old server setup was not fit for the challenges of home working and video calls as a result of COVID. The new SharePoint set-up, whilst we have only had it a relatively short time, has improved our working practices and efficiency. The integration with Microsoft Teams (which we had to use outside of our Server for video and telephone calls) has been the biggest benefit as it has made using Microsoft Teams far more streamlined than before.
