When we came to Jersey to set up our business, Digital Jersey recommended that we
talk to JT about the fibre services they were beginning to roll-out to digital businesses or
businesses like ours that are reliant upon excellent connectivity. Within a week of our initial
discussions JT began installation and we were up and running a week later.
With an existing relationship with JT in Guernsey we were confident that we would
receive a good service from them, and they are always very responsive if there is an issue.
Meeting tight deadlines is critical to our business success and thanks to JT Fibre we have
confidence in delivering projects on time, trouble free.

The existing relationship we had with JT was predominantly for internet links, leased lines and mobiles. Upon evaluation of the high volume of calls and phone usage we experienced across both our Jersey and Guernsey offices, it quickly became apparent that we would be able to take advantage of the great value call charges that were offered with the JT Premier Scheme. JT’s promise of an immediate alternative offering real value for money, made our decision to move to the JT Premier Scheme an easy one and the quick and efficient implementation really impressed us. Best of all, the move to JT’s landline was done with zero disruption to our staff and their working day.
JTC have built up a strong relationship with JT and, from our part, it’s very reassuring to have one dedicated person, our Account Director, to go to for assistance and information and we always have a prompt response. The JT team offer the support we need when we need it – so if it’s a case of adding a new number, it’s as simple as calling them and it’s done.

The move to JT for our business mobile contract has enabled us to better manage our mobile costs which had been escalating due to continued growth of our business and also the increased need for mobile connectivity among our team of consultants. Secondary to costs was the need for reliable mobile coverage around the Island, and after some testing JT’s network proved to offer the reliability of coverage we were after. Our team needs to work from client premises around Guernsey so this was essential. We have been really impressed with the speed, reliability and coverage of JT’s network which is enabling our team to stay connected and conduct their work from wherever they are.

When we took the strategic decision to base our services in the Channel Islands, we weren’t sure that we’d be able to find a local provider who would be able to meet our requirements. To our pleasant surprise, JT ticked all our boxes. We were particularly interested to make use of their utility billing model, which meant that we pay for what we use and no more. The flexibility of the billing, along with the flexibility of the service itself, was absolutely key in making our
JT’s partnership with Dimension Data was also a big selling point, as it showed a partnership, with the experience of delivering and running systems as large as ours. Having immediate access and proximity to our infrastructure provider is helpful, other larger providers, can sometimes be ‘faceless’. With JT we’re not just another account, as we continue to have a strong face-to-face relationship with them.

We were very attracted to the truly unique and industry-leading solutions that JT offers and it was evident that their approach to tailor solutions to meet our business needs would enable us to achieve our objective of consolidating our systems and improving connectivity for our staff.
Since the project started we have added to our needs and JT has always stepped-up to offer solutions which have proven attractive over alternative providers. So much so that we have now asked JT to review all of our global sites with the goal of having the entire Kraft Heinz voice network being transitioned onto the JT EVT platform by 2017. JT are always professional and their availability to us has been second to none. The main attraction for us in contracting with JT was the personal service on offer. Typically, global telecommunications firms are very large companies, and so it can be more difficult to build a strong relationship with someone who will always be available to look after you. In our business, that sort of personal care is essential – if we have a query, we need it dealt with reliably, swiftly and efficiently, so that our service for patients continues without any issues.
JT is able to provide that level of service, and deliver it for the right price. They are also flexible enough to tailor their service to exactly fit our needs, whereas larger companies find it much more difficult to make adjustments to their offering for just one, or a small group, of customers.
