They’re my go-to resource for an expert opinion on how to proceed…We relegate higher-end stuff to iVenture, because they can do it better than we can. Where they’ve got a staff of 20 experts, I’ve got two, so having iVenture at our disposal is a real value-added benefit.
iVenture invests in the right people and processes. They’re a partner with us, and you can’t say that about everybody. Is our IT department, they always work around our schedule—we have people who travel a lot. And they work with us to keep our costs down.
Some of them have been promoted within iVenture during our time working with them, and iVenture always fills those spots on the team with people who are just as worthy as those they’ve replaced.
I don’t consider them a vendor but a partner. Without their help, I couldn’t do it on my own.License renewals were coming up. We looked at the price of needing to update those, and then having to do it again in three years’ time, and this really helped us to drive the decision to go with iVenture. We’ve twice sent them to China to set up firewalls and make sure everything is secure in our two facilities there. Before that, it was kind of loose.
Every customer service person and every technician we’ve ever dealt with has been extremely friendly and very patient with us. They’re really great at talking to us about our IT in an accessible, non-technical way.
We decided years ago that we won’t go forward, we won’t do a thing in IT, without iVenture. They provide tremendous value, and we’ve been so happy.
