BOM have helped us move our VM’s to a new host and upgrading our hardware. The migration was successful. It needed a lot of thinking through and planning, and we are happy with the outcome of this project. It will reduce our costs and backup requirements. The changeover to BOM was a good move for us. Customer service is excellent and feedback is taken on.

BOM are very good and we would absolutely recommend them as a technology partner. They respond to us in a quick manner, and also solve the problem quickly. Their customer service is very, very good. If we have any problems remotely or anything doesn’t work, anyone can phone up anytime and we always get an answer. Even if something can’t be resolved straight away we will get a response and are informed as it is being dealt with. This means minimal downtime and minimal impact on our customers, helping us retain business.
We can honestly say that BOM’s IT services are excellent, and we would recommend them without hesitation.Not only are their support services knowledgeable and prompt but the team are extremely approachable, and nothing is too much trouble. Whenever considering strategic change to our IT environment we firstly always approach BOM for their expert input.
