Before MNJ provided a solution, we had 15 separate non-connected sites. Our old phone system was still based on copper lines, which would go down any time there was flooding. Our network consisted of 100mb dumb switches and packet collisions and network reliability were constant problems. Our wireless network was a patchwork of various independent access points. MNJ worked closely with us to analyze our needs. Once that was done, they helped us submit a Cisco grant request by which much of the equipment needed was donated to us. We now have voice and data connectivity across all our facilities, vastly improving communication and productivity. We can push out policies, control web filtering and centrally manage computers across all locations. They have been invaluable in helping us modernize our infrastructure.
