Their team is very helpful and the account managers are proactive at seeking feedback and looking for ways to provide assistance.
In addition to providing us cost savings on IT for each of our over 100 employees, Electric supports our eight locations and has helped us expand our network as we continue to grow. They also take care of time-consuming IT tasks like laptop and tablet procurement and provisioning, so our team can spend more time handling our day-to-day responsibilities.
We were looking for a turn-key tech support solution for our growing team that integrated with the flow of work. Electric proved to be seamless and easy to use via Slack and the team is very happy with their response time and level of support.
In the last 18 months, we've seen a marked improvement in how efficiently & effectively our IT is being handled, and how much money & time we're saving.
