We had some very significant design challenges with the transition from a multi site location and an owned data center to a commercial data center. The Green House Data engineering team was phenomenal to work with. There were really two things we had to have with standard offerings. One of them was the specific approach to individual rack security and the other were some human resources related things around background checks and such. We had to have them, and Green House Data was more than willing to accommodate our need in those areas as well, which that made the decision easy.
We had several steps to our move that were complicated that involved coordinating with outside entities such as CenturyLink that were challenging to say the least, and with Green House Data it felt like we had a solid teammate that had our back at every step of the way.
Anyone needing HIPAA compliant data center services would be well advised to check out what we Green House Data can do for them. Their standard out-of-the-box offering is HIPAA compliant. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the extent to which the entire team at Green House Data was willing to listen to our needs and develop additional service offerings, along with policy and procedures to meet our needs. They went beyond in order to do that, and they have exceeded our expectations in both the timing and the execution of that move.

We are an outsource IT Provider and Managed Service Provider, engaged with small and medium customers to become their end-to-end IT support. As an MSP (Managed Service Provider), we engage with our customers on a fixed monthly fee to make IT affordable for them, which essentially turns it from fire fighting to fire prevention. Working with the Green House Data team has been very good, not only from a technical support aspect but also just from a personable aspect; they know our team, we know them, so it’s really that relationship piece.
If I was talking to somebody about data center in general, and they asked about Green House Data, I would certainly mention that we’ve been through a couple data centers and I’ve never had the experience that we’ve had with Green House Data. It’s definitely relational, and it’s definitely flexible where they want to work with us to obviously put more people in the cloud, but also to ensure our success and be flexible.

Whether it has been third party software or international DDOS attacks, Green House Data has always come through with unexpectedly thorough support. As an internet-based business, we cannot tolerate downtime.

We required cloud scalability and flexibility. But hosting our production systems there was new for us. From a technical perspective, we worked very closely with the Green House Data team on the architecture so we could go live with confidence.
Self-service was important to us, but we also wanted to streamline the dev and ops handoffs, and take advantage of automation whenever possible. Our companies feel similar to me, we prize flexibility, responsiveness, and service for our customers. Green House Data obviously does also.

We get big-time infrastructure benefits for a fraction of the cost. Plus, Green House Data’s core competency is data center management. We need our data centers to be up 100 percent of the time, and colocation provides that.
