“Incompetent and unethical. I contracted Metro CSG to move me over to MSFT 365. After 5 months they still could not configure the VOIP phone they had me buy to work in the MSFT environment they set up. Cannot access contacts or perform basic functions. Every small issue involves multiple "support tickets" with no continuity of support technician. An employee of mine left, Metro CSG helped me decommission his computer and port his phone number away, but still insisted on charging me for support for this employee going forward since I didn't submit a separate termination ticket in writing. I guess they thought an employee without a computer or phone needed tech support (I even told my Metro CSG contact he left, but didn't put in writing). Need to question ethics here. I changed vendors. But when making the change they sent me an email threatening not to release any of the codes and passwords necessary until I paid them for the support for the “phantom” computer. So you can add data blackmail to the list of Metro CSG business practices.”
