We took Assign-IT up on their offer of a free initial assessment. I cannot overestimate the value this was to my business. It highlighted major failings in our IT set-up. Potentially the business could have ground to a halt because we had not been advised that if our server had crashed we would have lost access to our files for more than one day, this would have cost us dearly.
What impressed me about Assign-IT was the ability to spot things within 10 minutes of walking though the door. They were friendly, didn’t waste my time, and their concerns about the current support were justified. As a result we took on their recommendations and have outsourced our IT to them. I dread to think what might have happened if we’d carried on the way we were. In fact, the expertise of the whole Assign-IT team has been first class and would recommend them without reservation. Give them a go and see for yourself, I know they will impress you like they did me.I’ve never experienced such a responsive service. I’ll literally put the phone down and they walk through the door!
