Great but often I'm given the impression they are distracted/too busy on other jobs. My job was not completed I have over 600 email names that did not transfer between systems which I now have to spend a day manually entering, I was under the impression this would be fixed but it wasn't and I have been billed. Not a big deal bit these are the sort of things that put great strain on small start up enterprises and why people like me seek help from organisations like Lateral Plains.
