With the implementation of a SAP Business One solution from Thinc, we are now able to plan the stock requirements more accurately, access sales reports, make accurate forecasts for stock which has improved our cashflow, reduced errors and made the team work more efficiently with their time.
We’re very glad that we’ve had the team at Thinc to help us with the bedding in of SAP Business One across our organisation. Their consultants have made the implementation process as pain free as possible and their knowledge of the system has meant that we have a solution that is specifically tailored to us.
At first we regarded SAP Business One with some trepidation due to a general feeling that its adoption could be complex and drawn out. However, after engaging with Thinc it soon became apparent that this didn't have to be the case.
Their consultants came across as knowledgeable from the outset, presenting clear and uncomplicated ideas for how best to implement the solution along with tight project timescales. With our minds put at ease by the Thinc approach, we knew that in SAP Business One we had found a scalable solution that would meet our business requirements and allow us to grow, not just now, but for many years to come.I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Thinc. Their consultants really took the time to get to know our unique business challenges and then explained what options were available to us without the jargon.
We now have IT security of a very high standard and thanks to the integration of Sage 200 with Protean we have improved visibility of how our business is performing and are able to plan more effectively for the future.
