There are many cloud service providers in the market - however, what I believe sets The Missing Link apart is that they tailor their services specifically to meet the clients' requirements and then hold themselves accountable for ensuring it meets their needs. This is what they have done for us.
The new platform is continually kept up to date with categorisation and profiling of new threats and classification of existing traffic. Being able to focus on what is actually happening rather than reacting to close a new threat has saved time. Being able to see where our compliance was not 100%, we were able to act early and educate our people on the dangers and implications of not following our policies. This has helped us pro-actively understand patterns and educate our staff about the risks of the internet, before we have a serious incident.
We have had more than 5 years' partnership with The Missing Link for the provision of Deskside support for end-users and implementation projects. Our experience has been very positive overall. This is attributed to consistently high-quality engineers, timely response, reasonable charges and flexibility. The Missing Link has an effective skills training and customer orientation programmes the engineers go through before they hit the ground. Our end-users highly regard The Missing Link's engineers.
