We LOVE the VPN. Our staff is very happy! I have been working through numerous computer issues/change-overs—down to the last two issues and hope to get those resolved this week. Whew!
We thought we were only going to test one server at a time, but we were able to spin up all 10 servers in the data center in under one hour. The service was great from both SymQuest and the implementation team. They worked with us to configure Veeam properly, configure our firewall to connect to the managed backup data center, and gave us the training we needed to be able to test the failover using the managed backup enterprise’s console.
Everyone in the company is now focused on their job. We no longer spend time hoping for compliance from the end users on patches, upgrades, backups and the like. We know the system is strong, we know the maintenance is proactive, we know we’re saving money. We know we made the right move.
The SymPowered Office Makeover dramatically improved how we serve our clients, enabling us to better fulfill our mission of helping families to be successful. The new technology has freed up staff time formerly spent dealing with out-of-date equipment. The new color printer not only brings our costs down, but enables us to present materials in a more engaging format. One of our first communications upgrades has been to our newsletter which our parents are excited about. We are very grateful to SymQuest for this much needed support!
I am able to manage user network support issues with SymQuest’s team of network engineers and the assistance of a part-time database specialist. The net result: no significant increases in monthly operating expenses or changes to my part-time status; I feel comfortable that my users are well supported when I’m not in the office.
