QBit Computers have been like partners during our ups and downs for many years. I still recall how calm and professional they were after the March Storm, when they came in and assessed the damage and got down to business in putting us back on top of the situation. I don't know how we could have coped without them. Anything from hardware to offsite support, they take care of everything, so we can get on with our business.

Qbit have provided outstanding service looking after our computers we use to have a lot of issues recurring and getting charged (by the old company) each time to fix the same problem. We don’t have any of those problems anymore since we have changed to Qbit. They found the cause of the problems and fixed them, now we just pay a fixed month price (much easier for budgeting) and everything works.

These guys achieve the right balance of technical expertise with customer service - unusual in the IT industry. They are technically competent, but don't over-complicate the solution (which can have ownership cost implications). They have invested in the right systems and management structure to ensure reliable and consistently good customer performance. Not enough IT support organisations get both of these right - but Qbit does.

We have a fully managed IT solution contract and I have been dealing with Qbit on behalf of my employer for some time now and found their service efficient, friendly and helpful. Any problems that may arise are dealt with professionally and thoroughly until a solution is found and that can sometimes be difficult as our head office is overseas.

I have utilised the services of Qbit for IT solutions, PC problem solving, off site service and back ups. The response to problems is always very fast, resolved quickly and can usually be done remotely which saves me time. Qbit has taken away all of these concerns, offering our company a fully managed IT service agreement. From panicked calls, to server issues, backup management and keeping our requirements current, Qbit has been able to solve any issue we have sent their way. Qbit have installed NBN Fibre to the Goldminer Caravan Park and then distribuited it around the park using a point to multi-point WIFI system and then added WIFI access points around the park. Qbit are now installing our security cameras. Qbit have been a pleasure to deal with and the support has been fast and efficiant.

Qbit have been looking after my company's IT for many years now, and I couldn't speak more highly of them. With 20 users reliant on their computers to get work done, any downtime means lost productivity. When Qbit advertise a response time of 15 seconds, they actually mean it. Any issues are dealt with immediately so my staff can get back to doing what they need to.
Qbit have seamlessly dealt with transitions of data when we purchased a new server, moved phone system from landline to VOIP and provided an exceptionally high level of service along the way.

A couple of tech issues this week that I'm sure would have, in their simplicity, warranted an eye roll from many IT people, not the Qbit support team! Patient, professional and happy to help, their exceptional service is SO appreciated.

I have used Qbit Computers for many years now and can never recommend them enough. It's the service that I like, actually being able to talk to someone or get a call back really quick. When it does not work, I am stressed out and they just fix it. Trust they are going to fix it. You get what you need not a whole lot of other stuff so I don't feel taken advantage of in an area I am not strong in.

Good and very prompt service by Marc; had to email back and forth a few times but eventually got the problem resolved. Qbit has always been very quick to assist with any issues I have had. Very good service; thank you!
