Our Service Delivery Manager and Tech Lead have been doing a fantastic job. They have been able to get resources and move projects along quickly. During any emergency, they have jumped right in (business and after-hours). Our onsite resource continues to provide good service taking care of day to day tickets. The after-hours Service Desk has been doing a great job with tickets and reaching out when needed. Really going above and beyond with some recent tickets. Overall we’re very happy with the great service we continue to receive from Ascend.

We found the Salesforce Non-Profit Package and knew this was a CRM platform that had the best potential to help in all areas of our operations.
