They provide high quality service, especially on the Microsoft product stack and in the Cisco network environment. The end user support is excellent, with knowledgeable help desk staff and skilled technicians. Xantrion has also supported a number of strategic technology projects, including migration to cloud-based storage, modernizing the network infrastructure and initial work towards replacing the legacy phone system. They provide solid cybersecurity support and have helped improve the organizations security posture. They are not inexpensive, but provide more than commodity service. Given the focus of our organization on providing human services, it is helpful to have a technology partner that allows us to focus on the core mission.”
“I found Xantrion to be both overpriced and unnecessarily difficult to work with. While their services may appear comprehensive at first glance, the reality fell short in several critical areas:
Overpricing Without Clear ROI:
Their pricing structure felt inflated compared to the value provided. Costs were frequently justified with vague explanations and services that didn't align with the steep fees. It seemed more like we were paying for their brand name rather than efficient or innovative solutions.
Poor Communication and Flexibility:
Working with them felt like navigating bureaucracy. Simple requests often took multiple steps and follow-ups, which slowed our projects unnecessarily. Instead of feeling like a valued partner, I often felt like just another client in a long queue.
Complicated Onboarding and Processes:
Onboarding was far from seamless. They overcomplicated what should have been straightforward tasks, adding unnecessary steps to already time-sensitive projects.
Lack of Adaptability:
Our needs weren’t always met with tailored solutions. Instead, their responses felt rigid, as if they relied on a “one-size-fits-all” playbook rather than truly understanding our unique requirements.
Ultimately, while Xantrion may suit certain businesses, I believe their high costs and cumbersome processes make them a less-than-ideal choice for companies that value efficiency, responsiveness, and transparency.”“When our staff calls Xantrion, I'm confident their problems will be solved.
