We never had to go to his office. First initially to meet us and go over plan options and then he would come periodically to check on progress. Both Dave & Jon stayed in great communication during the install and then showed us how to operate everything after the install was complete. Dave even came onsite one time to help with the POS/software install for Mainstream (which had nothing to do with the work they were providing us).
