- 36-400 IT Solutions is a trusted IT solution provider with over 20 years’ experience and a strong “Customer Service” philosophy. This means that businesses talk to real people rather than a help-desk, regarding all aspects of their IT infrastructure, security, backups, cloud computing, cloud security and other IT services to enable an efficient and secure modern workplace for your employees and business partners. We advise businesses on IT strategy, implement the most appropriate technology, optimise business performance, provide exceptional end-user IT support and manage our customers’ infrastructures.
36-400 allows organisations to focus on their business while 36-400 focus on the IT. In doing this 36-400 helps businesses optimise productivity and the business value of... IT for all stakeholders.

36-400 is a professional and adaptable service provider I have used over many years for various projects on multiple sites. Craig and his team are always able to provide efficient service with SME's accurately delivering on network, install, new equipemeint and integration solutions across some diverse applications.
Commencing in 2012, Craig and the 36-400 team have been managing and fulfilling the IT requirements for the T.S.Bookshop. They are doing so effectively, ensuring that the gaps in our (limited) IT knowledge do not leave us at a disadvantage.
We continue to work with 36-400 and there is every reason it will still be fulfilling our needs for another ten years.
36-400 was contracted by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) Asia Regional Office in Malaysia to provide technical advice on the development of a CRM to manage institutional donors and other grants-related information. They dedicated their two most senior programmers to the task and even relocated to Malaysia for several weeks to fully understand the project's demands and be more accessible to staff who were working on the project, including the global lead consultant based in Geneva. Excellent service. Very user friendly and high quality advice. Always ready to help out to find a solution and flexible. Highly recommended. Craig is outstanding.
