BirdLife International went live with the Atech Service Desk in 2013 and since then we’ve seen a dramatic change in the perception of how our customers rate service desk delivery.

I first selected Atech Support to assist on a project in 2007 because of their excellent customer service and attention to detail, over the years as they have grown I am pleased to say they have only enhanced upon the qualities that first attracted me to working with them. They are my first choice for supplying equipment, IT moves both big and small, and additional technical resource when required.
The Atech Support engineers are able to supplement my own team when resources are low, providing good quality support and ticket resolution to our staff; they are friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
We chose Atech Support for a recent office move of circa 130 users. The team at Atech Support were incredibly well organised, friendly and handled their work efficiently. What really impressed us with Atech Support was their ability to install confidence and help out and advise wherever they could. Whilst they did the IT move, they were more than willing to offer advice and guidance in relation to the furniture move. The move was delivered ahead of schedule and without incident, I would have no hesitation in recommending Atech Support if you want a stress free move.
