We have worked with Integral IT for a number of years now and they have provided a great support for our Financial Planning Business. They look after all of our IT needs and have helped us navigate to remote working and a move to over to SharePoint. The support team always respond quickly to any queries that we raise and the ticket system that they operate is a great way for us to be able to keep track of where we are with any queries raised. Its good to know that our IT and systems are in safe hands to protect us and our clients.

We, a niche law firm, have been delighted with the service support provided by the Integral team, which has been everything from hardware, software, and day to day support. We are not IT aficionados, but even our 'silliest' call for help has been met with sympathy and compassion. As lawyers, we are paranoid about security and things working on time, but from day one Jonathan and his team has looked after us efficiently and effectively and as part of OUR team.
Integral look after all of our IT requirements. From network solutions, to hardware and software, and most importantly for us, cyber-security. They are extremely responsive - even when our issues might not be system-critical! They are also incredibly patient with those less 'techie' among our team. Having worked with Integral for a while now, it is like having a good friend looking after our tech needs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
As a small organinsation with 10 staff, we don't have an inhouse IT team so rely on the expertise of Integral to provide this service for us. I have always found them to be professional and responsive and recent enhancements within the Integral team has further strengthened their service delivery. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with swiftly. Would definitely recommend them.
