Our systems and infrastructure were ageing, unreliable and full of "work around" resolutions. Furthermore, some of the work arounds we in place seemed "unfixable" but the team's perseverance to resolve them has seen him succeed. I was very reluctant to make such a significant business decision to switch service providers from a company that had looked after the business for decades and knew the intricacies’ of all the IT set-up, but having done it now I couldn't be any happier with the decision and really feel like we are now equipped with the right resourced partner to assist our team on a day-to-day as well as allow us to undertake the major IT projects which we need to embark on.
