“Terrible wifi speed, terrible customer service, terrible company, AVOID!
I was mis-sold a 3 year contract that promised 20mb/s download speed and received a useless 1mb/s download speed, now I’m stuck in the contract with no way out. On the sales call they promised a load of things like I could upgrade to fibre if I wanted more speed, but now I’m in contract it’s actually not possible. I’ve submitted lots of complaints and asked for support and had nothing in return, my rep has even stopped replying to my emails. Don’t call their accounts department because they charge you £1 per minute and will keep you on hold for 20 minutes before they answer. My experience with Daisy Communications has been overwhelmingly disappointing.”“Worst company to deal with for mobile phones.
1 sent me a faulty iPhone . refused to help. sent it to apple . waited 6 weeks for it to be returned for it to still not work. 18 months on i can not charge my phone using a cable, only wireless. Daisy accepts no responsibility.
2. They have sent an email saying they no longer work with Vodafone, changing to O2. This happens while I am out of the country. Spent an hour on hold trying to get a SIM card early. The man I spoke to had no idea what he was doing, and I was cut off. No callback.
As soon as I am out of contract, I will be leaving despite being a customer of over 20 years. They do not care about their customers only making money”“AVOID!!!!!!!
We currently out of contract with previous business phone provider and switching to Daisy Communications. Contract signed on 20/01/2025 but since the switch, the landline stop working. Tried to solve the issue, called the team every single day for the past 7 days and problem still unsolve. We mainly earn our living and doing our business through this phone line but since the phoneline is down for the last 3 weeks, we have lost thousand in income and lose a significant large amount of clients since they tried to call and thought the business was in closure/closed for good.
Our business since then have hit a large downfall.
When i tried to cancel the contract with Daisy Community, you said we will need to pay a lump sum of £761 for early contract termination (for the job that they can not fullfill).
Now we are stuck with facing £761 contract cancellation and no business landline, no incoming clients, no income.”“They lie to me saying BT asked them to ring there business customers to go directly with them as there BT wholesale, which was a lie. Its been 2 months and they still haven't managed to supply me with Internet or a phone. They managed to take money out of your account though. Even though they haven't and can't supply me with anything I'll be charged if I leave and go with a company that can. The whole company is a scam they don't care just want the money, I would avoid it at all cost. Only read the 0ne and two star reviews the 5 star reviews have probably been written by them.”
“I regret to say that my experience with Daisy Communication as our internet provider has been overwhelmingly disappointing. Despite the significant amount of money we pay for their direct internet line service, they have consistently failed to meet our expectations and have left us frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.
One of the major issues we have faced repeatedly is the inability to reach their customer support team. It feels as though they are intentionally difficult to get a hold of and are rarely available when we need assistance. This lack of accessibility is not only frustrating, but it also highlights a significant flaw in their customer service.
However, what is most disheartening about Daisy Communication is their apparent greed for money. They have demonstrated a clear tendency to charge excessively for their services at every opportunity they get. It seems as though they are constantly on the lookout for ways to squeeze extra money out of their customers, which is both unfair and unethical.
To make matters worse, Daisy Communication resorted to deceptive tactics to convince us to join their services. They promised us certain prices during the initial negotiation, only to change the terms and increase our prices afterwards. This level of dishonesty is highly unprofessional and has left us feeling deceived and cheated.
Considering our overall experience, I strongly advise against using Daisy Communication as an internet provider. Their consistent disappointments, greed, and dishonesty make it clear that they prioritize their own financial gain over providing quality service to their customers. I would strongly encourage exploring other options that offer more transparent and reliable internet services.”“Every year, the clearing process becomes more intense.
