TechMD does such a great job of evaluating and monitoring our systems that we’ve never had a serious issue since I’ve worked here. We’ve never had to stop working because of a tech problem.

As a nonprofit, resources are pretty scarce and every dollar spent on a consultant or technology is a dollar taken away. TechMD was able to help us analyze our technology and infrastructure, and see can be built and maintained, while keeping an eye on upcoming needs. They support our team by making the case for ongoing investment in technology, as well as by showing us what to shift to in order to save money.
TechMD has been our guide through the technology world. Our staff doesn’t know much about that field, and TechMD has been able to teach us. We wouldn’t be where we are without TechMD’s help.

TechMD manages the hosting of our website, performing security patches and providing tech support to everyone in our office. Our employees—regardless of their tech abilities—can call their team directly and have any issue resolved quickly. Working with them is like having a technician on-site.
We’re impressed with TechMD's management of our IT infrastructure. TechMD is always making recommendations and suggestions when new things arise. They’re able to look at our business structure and determine what strategies are the best fit for us as a company. The team is very responsive, and our kickoff meetings before each project are really helpful. The technicians are always great at keeping me in the loop if any issues come up. Also, there’s always a wrap up at the end to make sure we didn’t miss anything. I’m most impressed with TechMD’s responsiveness and follow through.
With a growing company, we had one IT manager servicing 200 employees 24/7 and we were all suffering, including him. We had to figure out what we were going to do to sustain growth and maintain our IT systems. We quickly realized we couldn’t do it by just adding another technician. Now TechMD manages the day-to-day maintenance and support, which allows our IT manager to focus on special projects to support our future expansion.
TechMD helps keep my company up and running. With TechMD, I gain the assurance that if somebody is having issues with their tech, TechMD will get them back up and operational quickly, which means little downtime. TechMD helps me keep everyone else working and efficient.
What closed the deal for me were the TechMD dashboards. They have screens showing them what is next and how much time they have to deal with each issue. Their process was outstanding! They know what they’re doing and I have confidence that nothing will ever get missed. With TechMD, I don’t have to worry about IT at all. It’s wonderful.
