We look after our clients' IT as a whole: user support, Microsoft 365, information security, networks, devices and servers. You get the direct number of your own expert, with no queue numbers. Most of the roughly 1,000 support requests we handle each year are solved over the phone or remotely, and we come on site in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa when needed. Urgent requests are handled within the same working day, others no later than the next working day. Service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00.
Services: IT outsourcing under one agreement, starting with an assessment... of your current environment and an itemised price for each part. IT support by phone, remotely and on site. Microsoft 365 administration, licences, MFA and backups with Nexetic. Security with ESET or F-Secure endpoint protection and Netgate pfSense firewalls. Networks with Ubiquiti Wi-Fi and switches, plus VPN connections for remote work. Lenovo, HP and Dell workstations delivered ready to use, plus printers and multifunction devices. Virtual servers in our own data centre or in Azure.
We work best for companies of 5 to 100 people without their own IT department. Our quote is itemised, free of charge and non-binding. If you change provider, you keep the documentation and credentials.
