Founder Pat Midzio has worked in IT since 1998, including years as a senior engineer at an MSP, and our small team brings over 70 years of combined IT experience.
We work with businesses only. Our managed plans start at $150 per user per month and include endpoint detection and response (Huntress), DNS filtering, privilege management, patching, password management and backup oversight. Critical outages get a response within 2 business hours, and our Carrack plan extends that to 24/7. There are no long-term contracts.
Beyond managed IT, we offer co-managed IT, Microsoft 365 and security, backup and disaster recovery, secure remote access (ZTNA),... business VoIP, IT consulting and IT asset disposal.
