“As a small but growing company we were looking at ways to engage with the local community and it was their corporate social responsibility programme that first impressed us with ITRM. When we decided we needed a proactive IT support company , therefore, we were keen to talk to them. Jennings and Barrett are responsible for looking after over 2800 homes with attendant client data and finances. Our server was elderly , much of our hardware was struggling and software needed updating across the business. We therefore needed an updated , robust and secure IT system and wanted solutions that would allow us to grow as a business.
ITRM were capable and knowledgeable, but also beyond this they were imaginative too. We asked them to help us grow and they mapped out a solution to enable us to do this , to keep our and our client data safe, and to provide flexible and future-proof working. The entire project was delivered over the Christmas period, where we had fewer users and therefore caused little disruption to our daily work. Technical staff were on hand in our offices and at the end of the phone to ensure that any glitches were resolved quickly . The technical support team always respond quickly ,with empathy and good humour, which makes the tedious business of reporting an issue so much easier , and see it as a challenge to resolve the problem whilst on the call where at all possible. We now have staff able to work across both offices, collaborate on a single document from different locations at the same time or work remotely as required. This family friendly and flexible approach has made staff feel more valued and invested in and enables us to deliver a better service to a growing client base.
