Joe's Cloud Inc. (Houston Internet Servers), has started shared hosting business as Joe's Web Hosting in July 2002, New Haven, CT. Then, our collocation moved to Fremont, California to launch dedicated servers and collocation services in 2005. Joe's now has started virtualized private servers (VPS) and private cloud services because the existing cloud infrastructure services seek only lower prices. Joe's VPS is actually the least expensive ($7.5 monthly) but seeks satisfaction of various users: some need their favourite OS (FreeBSD, Windows, Debian, etc. as well as Cent OS) and customized kernels and others need control panels such as cPanel and Plesk for taking care of the servers.
