I signed up with them when iLand owned the company and they were great! 1111 Systems us horrible to work with and only want your money and don't care about your data. They upgraded their system without informing us and all our backups stopped working the day before a huge storm was heading out way. The solution they provided did not give us enough time to get new backups created or I could pay several thousands of dollars to upgrade my backup software to be compatible with their new system. They blamed the lack of us knowing about the upgrade on us for not turning on system notifications in our account which is turned off by default.”
