One thing we see as a great benefit of working with Synergy is being able to draw on their experience of working with other companies who are similar to ours and face the same challenges. When we propose a method to do something, Synergy might look at it and tweak it lightly and say ‘this could be a better method’ because of the knowledge they have from working with other similar companies. That’s really beneficial. Honestly, I’m really happy with the team there, they’ve been great so far and the communication with them is has been brilliant.

The bespoke development work done by Synergy Technology allows us to import some data into our systems that can then generate what we need to come back out with the invoices and things. None of it is too major, just some mass importing abilities that aren’t available out of the box. Dynamics is a core part of our business now really, and the development we’re doing is helping us to become more and more efficient. Without the small changes we need it would be a manual process, which nobody wants. If we had to go back to the way we worked before the software was implemented, we’d have to employ more people just to do the same amount of work. We already have some more development lined up with Synergy Technology, using software to remove manual processes and improve efficiency. Everything has been handled well, so we’re happy with everything.

The solution provided by Synergy Technology has streamlined the entire sales order process and especially the morning order and weekend processing of huge quantities of orders, which are now imported in minutes, where previously there would have been three staff manually processing for two to three hours daily. Two hours for three staff over five days equates to thirty hours a week, error free, and this allows the other duties of the Admin function to be smooth & seamless.

Synergy Technology have always been extremely helpful with any training with new and existing people in the company. Plus, any issues that we have, they get seen to pretty quickly. A lot of the time, they are not on our radar because we know that it is going to be dealt with by the team at Synergy.

The best thing about our solution provided by Synergy Technology is that it is an all-in-one system with data at our fingertips from our desktop application or use on a mobile device, called pocket CRM. Productivity has increased due to having access to customer information at all times as well as the ability to target our sales efforts and have current offers sent directly to our clients.

We have a long history between Synergy and Genlab. I am a fan with sticking with what you know and that if something is not broken, then it doesn’t need fixing. There are more important things than just the pounds, shillings and pence to get down to the bare bones. By large, I’ve always gotten what I have wanted from Synergy.

We used to be with a supplier in Manchester, we were with them for a good while, and we were happy with their service, but then they got taken over, and the service went steadily downhill, so we started looking for a new provider. We were looking for a good service for issues, minimal down time, and reasonable cost. We did a Google search and looked at a few different companies around the local area, and Synergy Technology were the one we liked the look of the most. It helped that Synergy is based in the Northwest since we're in Chorley. That was quite a few years ago now. The cost is still good, and also the response times. Our Account manager, Mark is very good too, he’s nice. He had worked for our previous supplier as well, so we had contact with him in the past and we know he was very good. Overall, I'm very happy.

We chose SuperOffice because it looked like a superior option, and Synergy Technology came with a real understanding of our company, rather than just a sales pitch. The CRM transition to cloud implementation was seamless, it was all taken care of by Synergy Technology with minimal downtime. All our client data, records, activities were transferred over to the new system, with a very fine eye for detail on trivial things such as Advanced Finds being transferred, contact data and contract information. It was like overnight the system just transformed from an ageing on-premise solution, to the cloud, with a fancy new look and feel and no issues from the get go.
