I cannot tell you how happy I am that High Touch helped us switch to the cloud, Windows 10, and Microsoft Teams. Our six team members have been on it constantly. We’ve outlawed email, and instead, we text each other through Teams.
We have two standing meetings every day via Teams. We had our monthly breakfast as a Teams event with 72 of our investors attending.

You may not have seen something like COVID-19 in the future, but we are set up to tackle everything that comes our way.When we first reached out to High Touch, our IT infrastructure was in rough shape. We were far behind in several areas, including server management, the age of our software, and our phone system. At the time, we were contracting with another managed IT services, but we weren’t receiving the strategic engagement we needed to improve.
In the beginning, High Touch spent a lot of time with us, assessing our technology issues before coming up with a support plan and improvement projects that would fit our budget and move our business forward. In the past year, we’ve made more technology improvements than we had in the previous 5, including moving to Office 365, implementing Teams, upgrading our security systems, and transitioning to VoIP phones.
When our business had to pivot to a work-from-home model due to COVID-19, we already had the tools in place to support our staff. Instead of scrambling for solutions, we were focused on extra training and coaching. Now, our staff is heavily using Teams for video meetings and collaboration, and VoIP phones to continue to serve our customers. Several of our staff have said they even feel more connected to their colleagues than before we started working from home.
High Touch has been attentive to us at all levels. My staff gets quick solutions for their tickets, and my account representative is always available for escalated issues. Additionally, we receive proactive outreach for strategic-level discussions, which is a dramatic change for us. The level of responsiveness and personability is night and day between our experience with our previous managed service provider and High Touch.

We were looking to replace a proprietary system that did not provide us with the flexibility we needed to grow our business in today’s world.
While several vendors would have easily provided us with the software we needed, we decided to choose cynergi|suite and High Touch because they were able to offer a full array of IT solutions in addition to the software we needed. High Touch’s cynergi|suite software is essential for running our business day-to-day. We have access to more reports than ever, which allows us to make better decisions based on past data. We also employ business intelligence software to create custom reports.
High Touch’s software and added IT services mean that we don’t have to worry about our technology, and when something does break, there’s a support person ready to help. As with any company, if you have poor customer service, no amount of hardware or software is going to make you successful—it’s the people at High Touch that genuinely make them successful.In bringing a baseball team to Wichita, we were starting a business from scratch, including building a new ballpark. We needed someone who could help with all our technology requirements, from understanding the business to presenting options about hardware and equipment, working with the design/build team, and managing the technology install and layout.

In a nutshell, the technology at the stadium meets our goals and needs as an organization.
