We have two standing meetings every day via Teams. We had our monthly breakfast as a Teams event with 72 of our investors attending.

When we first reached out to High Touch, our IT infrastructure was in rough shape. We were far behind in several areas, including server management, the age of our software, and our phone system. In bringing a baseball team to Wichita, we were starting a business from scratch, including building a new ballpark.
