Over the past couple of years, we’ve experienced significant growth in our business and expect this trend to continue. It was very clear that we needed to make a change. We needed more than just an IT service provider – we needed a robust IT partner.

From migrating our email to a new platform, to managing our server and desktop needs on a daily basis, they’re dependable, efficient, and very responsive to our service requests. And their techs are not just highly talented - they have personalities. Strategically, ImagineIT has provided solutions that added real value to Custom Rock, simply because their account management team took the time to understand our business. They are true partners.During a recent storm, a catastrophic system failure occurred and Imagine IT was fast to respond and come out to our aid. Our technician not only took care of all of the hardware issues that Imagine IT supports, but also diagnosed the issues with our phone system and intervened with our phone vendor so that they understood the problems quickly and could get us replacement equipment in half the time.
We are so happy we changed to Imagine IT. They are so knowledgable and always courteous and friendly. The most important issue though is that they are always extremely responsive! Imagine IT is very proactive to computer and security issues and there has not been once incident where they have not followed up with us to make sure everything is resolved. They are absolutely wonderful to work with!
Our organization is small but our need for information technology is huge. We have been very pleased with Imagine IT and we continue to work with them to develop the information systems infrastructure to meet our needs today and well into the future. We are a health care organization and have found the HIPAA assessment and the coaching to ensure we are HIPAA compliant very beneficial. There are three things we depend upon Imagine IT to provide. The first is to ensure we are compliant, not only with HIPAA but with other aspects of information technology; the second is to create the information systems infrastructure including back-ups, access to shared files and the computing power to be able to immediately respond to our patient needs; and the third is to provide ongoing support through their highly qualified, professional and personable help desk and tech services personnel.
