As you can Imagine, the whole process was rather daunting for us, but your commitment to the task and ongoing status reports kept us fully informed of the situation and likely outcome. Your confidence was reassuring and willingness to employ a range of strategies is to be commended. I understand that after your staff had exhausted all of the normal recovery measures, rather than stop the process your staff used ground-breaking techniques to recover the data from what was a very badly damaged RAID 5 set.
