“An absolute terrible managed service company. The sad thing is the IT support team can be pretty good, but the communication, the management the internal politics are just casing issues non stop.
They promise the world, however, do not deliver. I would be okay with scraps at this points but even that they cannot deliver.
When an employee leaves, their tickets are left and not reassigned. leaving you to chase endlessly for a resolve.
Their accounts and billing department have caused serious pain. Our AWS invoices were not paid on time where we would get AWS calling us about account closure. At which point we would have to step in and pay directly. This went on for over 8 months. Every Month they would say it is now resolved. But guess what, it wasn't. Finally, we just took the billing from them as they could clearly not manage.
Several Failed SLA's, replies to email take them weeks if not months of chasing to get any type of response.
Then they had the audacity to increase the contract payment.
Please stay away form ANS.
Their sales people are good and will say whatever they need to to get you in. But ANS does not deliver.
