The depth of Applied Tech was a big factor for us. They help us keep up with the growth of our business, using Office365, Sharepoint and other applications. They help train our people and the staff has adjusted pretty quickly to all the new updates.
What I appreciate about working with Applied Tech is they quickly acknowledge a help desk request and track it through resolution. They respond in a timely manner based on severity of the issue and bring the right level of expertise to solve the problem.
It’s not realistic for us to have one person on staff who’s expected to know everything about everything… it doesn’t make sense for us to have a full-time IT Director position.
I would recommend a relationship with Applied Tech for any business trying to stay relevant in today’s changing technological world.
