We were very pleased with the seamless transition from our previous IT partner and we’re looking forward to a continued association.

Even though we were paying more than $10,000 each month in support fees, we found our previous service provider didn’t fix even minor problems with any kind of urgency. It had become so bad our staff didn’t even bother lodging tickets anymore – they started finding their own workarounds.

Then the service provider announced they were taking their IT Helpdesk offshore. That was the last straw.

The Service Desk is fantastic. When our users need an answer they get one straight away and if they don’t, the Computer One staff find the answer and call straight back. We feel like they own the problem and see it through to completion.
