As a specialist civil engineering sub-contractor, we at Woodmace have needed remote access, network support, new server installations, office IT relocations, corporate re-branding and intensive website re-design. We don’t need no’s or maybes we need positive solutions and IT3000 have delivered every time.
IT3000 have been a great team to work with and set us up with our new system and computers. Our knowledge is very limited in this area and we fully trusted them to advise and install the best option suitable for our design company. It is great to know there is someone at the end of the phone always willing to help to assist above and beyond our expectations.
We decided to move to IT3000 as we needed a more formal arrangement to our IT Support, with Service Level Agreements and a constantly manned helpdesk.We had a Network Assessment Audit to identify immediate areas for concern which were dealt with promptly and our systems are now working well, being monitored and in safe hands.
